Delete Your Dzeva Account
This page explains how you can permanently delete your Dzeva account and what happens after your account is deleted.

How to Delete Your Account

Log in to Dzeva
Use your registered email address and password to access your Dzeva dashboard.

Go to User Settings
From your dashboard, open your user account settings.

Open Delete Account
Click the Delete Account option or visit the direct delete account link provided above.

Confirm Deletion
Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
What Happens After Deletion
When you delete your account, Dzeva will remove or anonymize account information from our active system, including:
Profile information
Your name, email-related account profile, and personal account settings.
Saved settings and preferences
Your dashboard preferences, saved configurations, and platform settings.
Connected social media access
Access tokens or connections linked to Facebook, Instagram, or other supported platforms.
AI usage records where applicable
Saved usage history or generated content connected to your account, where deletion is technically and legally allowed.
Active login sessions
Your active sessions will be ended and you will no longer be able to access the deleted account.
Connected Facebook and Instagram Accounts
If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or another social media account to Dzeva, deleting your Dzeva account will remove the connection from our platform. You can also remove Dzeva directly from your Meta account.
To remove Dzeva from Facebook:
Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy, open Settings, select Apps and Websites, find Dzeva, then click Remove.
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it may not be possible to recover your account, saved content, subscription history, connected accounts, or usage records.
Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, payment processing, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

If you cannot log in but still want your account deleted, contact Dzeva support using the email address linked to your account.

Your full name, registered email address, and reason for deletion if you wish to provide one.
Data Deletion Request for Meta Users
If you used Facebook or Instagram with Dzeva and want your data deleted, you can delete your Dzeva account from your dashboard using the delete account link.
