DZEVA is a SaaS AI platform operated by ECHUKU. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use DZEVA.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as name, email address, password authentication data, profile details, and account settings.
• User content such as prompts, chat messages, generated content, files, uploads, images, audio, video, documents, chatbot training material, and workflow data you submit to the platform.
• AI request data needed to process prompts through configured AI providers, model providers, storage providers, and automation integrations.
• Billing and payment information processed through enabled payment providers. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on DZEVA servers.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device data, logs, cookies, security events, and usage analytics.

How We Use Information

• To provide AI generation, chat, media, automation, chatbot, subscription, and account features.
• To process uploads, files, model requests, payments, subscriptions, support requests, and platform notifications.
• To secure accounts, prevent misuse, maintain service reliability, troubleshoot errors, and improve DZEVA.
• To comply with legal, tax, payment, security, and operational obligations.

AI Providers And Integrations

When you use AI, media, storage, payment, chatbot, or automation features, relevant content may be sent to configured third-party providers so the requested feature can work. Those providers process data according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention

We keep account data, generated content, uploads, transaction records, and logs for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect the platform, or until deletion is requested and legally permitted.
