These Terms govern access to and use of DZEVA, a SaaS AI platform operated by ECHUKU. By using DZEVA, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, users you invite, and activity performed through your account. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Subscriptions And Payments

Paid plans, credits, limits, renewals, taxes, and billing rules are shown at checkout or inside your account. Payments are processed through enabled payment providers. Access may be limited, paused, or terminated if payment fails or the account violates these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not use DZEVA to violate law, infringe rights, abuse systems, distribute malware, create deceptive or harmful content, bypass platform limits, attack other services, or upload content you do not have rights to use.

AI Output Responsibility

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and deciding whether outputs are appropriate before publishing, selling, relying on, or distributing them.

User Content And Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights needed for DZEVA and configured providers to operate the service. Do not upload confidential, restricted, or third-party material unless you have authority to process it.

Availability

We work to keep DZEVA reliable, but the platform may be affected by maintenance, updates, internet issues, provider outages, API limits, billing problems, or events outside our control.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the plan, usage, payment method, and applicable law. Contact hello@echuku.com for billing support. Abuse, consumed credits, custom work, and third-party provider costs may be non-refundable.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using DZEVA at any time, subject to your subscription and billing obligations.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DZEVA and ECHUKU are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform, AI outputs, provider failures, or user content.
