Terms and Conditions for Dzeva (by Echuku)

Welcome to Dzeva, an all-in-one AI solution developed and operated by Echuku (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and applications.

By using Dzeva, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

1. About Dzeva

Dzeva is an AI-powered platform offering tools including chatbots, voice generation, image creation, automation, and business solutions.

Dzeva is a product of Echuku.

2. Eligibility

By using Dzeva, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have legal parental/guardian consent)
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use

6. Intellectual Property

a. Platform Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in Dzeva (excluding user content) remain the property of Echuku.

b. User Content

You retain ownership of content you input into Dzeva.

By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your content to provide services
  • Improve system performance (where applicable)

7. Payments and Subscriptions

If you subscribe to paid services:

  • Fees must be paid as agreed
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
  • No refunds unless otherwise stated

You may stop using Dzeva at any time.
